Ingredients
1 Cup and 2 tbsp of Cocoa pwder7 Tablespoons of butter
3/4 Cup of suger
1/2 Cup of powdered sugar. (add 1/4 more if you like your brownies really sweet)
2 large eggs
1/2 Cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray pan with Pam or some other cheap oil in a can product, or just coat with oil or butter.
In a large microwave safe bowl mix the Cocoa powder and 6 tbsp of butter together. Pop it in the microwave for 15 seconds m stir in the last 1 tbsp of butter once the others have melted. Then stir in the powdered sugar.
Add the granulated sugar to the chocolate mix, vanilla extract, the eggs, then the flour. It'll go faster if its sifted.
Stir until well blended.
Spread into greased pan and cook for about 25 minutes. But check regularly by sticking a fork into the center. When the fork comes out greasy but clean, the brownies are done.
